1 cup all-purpose cream, chilled
1 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
2 tablespoons hot milk
1 cup chocolate pudding

Directions:
1 Mix crushed chocolate grahams, chopped nuts, and melted butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and side of a 9-inch pie plate. Freeze for 30 minutes.2 Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until well blended. 3 Whisk gelatin powder in hot milk until dissolved.4 Stir in all-purpose cream and gelatin mixture to cream cheese mixture; mix until just blended.5 Spoon mixture over crust. Top and spread evenly with chocolate pudding.6 Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.7 Cut into 8 slices. Serve.
