Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
2 packs cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup water
1 cup chilled whipping cream

1 Line the bottom of a 10x2-inch springform pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.
2 In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Blend well. Spread half on the bottom of the springorm pan. Press down firmly with the back of the spoon or with your palms.
3 In another bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well.
4 Sprinkle gelatin over water. Set aside to soften then heat over low heat, or in the microwave, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add to the cream cheese mixture.
5 Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
6 Pour over the crust and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cookie crumb mixture.
7 Chill for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve cold.
