Guinomis


Serves 1  Prep Time 8 minutes

3 teaspoons small sago or tapioca
3 teaspoons readymade cubed red gulaman
1 jig sugar syrup
1/4 cup instant gata
1/4 cup water
1 cup crushed rice
1 teaspoon toasted pinipig

1  In a tall dessert glass, place small sago or tapioca, ready-made cubed red gulaman, syrup, and  instant gata diluted in  water.
2  Add crushed ice.
3  Top with 1 teaspoon toasted pinipig and serve at once.

Margaritas on the Rocks


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet and sour mix
  • 1 cup triple sec
  • 1 1/2 cups gold tequila
  • 1/3 cup brandy-based orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier®)
  • 2 limes, quartered

Directions

  1. Salt the rims of 8 glasses. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, rub the rims of the glasses with lime, and press them into the salt. Fill the glasses with ice.
  2. In a blender, combine sweet and sour mix, triple sec, tequila and Grand Marnier. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, squeeze a quarter lime into each glass, and serve.

Party Mimosa


Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can apricot-mango nectar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle cold champagne

Directions

  1. Stir together apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher until combined. Pour in bottle of sparkling wine just before serving.

Ultimate Frozen Strawberry Margarita



Ingredients

  • 6 fluid ounces tequila
  • 2 fluid ounces triple sec
  • 8 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
  • 4 fluid ounces frozen limeade concentrate

Directions

  1. Fill a blender with ice and crush. Pour in the tequila and triple sec. Add the strawberries and limeade. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve in margarita glasses with the rims dipped in powdered sugar.

Margaritas


Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
  • 6 fluid ounces tequila
  • 2 fluid ounces triple sec

Directions

  1. Fill blender with crushed ice. Pour in limeade concentrate, tequila and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Tiramisu Affogato



Serves 1 to 2
For the chocolate syrup 
100 grams dark chocolate
1 (250 ml) pack all-purpose cream
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
2 to 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup for drizzling (recipe above)

 
 Make the chocolate syrup: Melt chocolate, then mix together all-purpose cream , cocoa powder, coffee; chill.
 Place ice cream in a mug or glass. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with 3 pieces ladyfingers, broken into big chunks. Serve with 2 shots of espresso on the side. Pour espresso into glass when ready to indulge.

Strawberry Ice Cream Soy Smoothie




Serves 2

3/4 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup soy ice cream
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 ice cubes

In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, ice cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses.

Hot & Creamy Vanilla Drink


It's the perfect drink on a rainy day.

2 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons sugar

1  In a heavy saucepan, combine 2 cups milk, 1 cup whipping cream, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Add the seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean pod. Simmer.
2  When small bubbles appear, remove from heat.
3  After 15 minutes, return pan on the stove and mix in seeds from remaining vanilla bean. Reheat. Pour into mugs and top with ground cinnamon. Drink hot!

Hug-My-Mug Hot Cocoa


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons hot cocoa powder (Ghirardelli, Swiss Miss, or Carnation)
3/4 cup warmed or steamed full cream milk
freshly whipped cream or ready-made whipped cream in can with tips
3 tablespoons mini white marshmallows
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Directions:
1  Place cocoa powder in your mug or cup.
2  Gradually pour in the steamed or heated milk, stirring gradually but slowly to incorporate cocoa powder with the milk.
3  Immediately pipe a tall mound of whipped cream on top.
4  Sprinkle tiny marshmallows on the cream.
5  Drizzle chocolate syrup on everything.

Amaretto




Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 2 tablespoons almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugars in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the mixture is boiling, and all of the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir vodka, almond extract and vanilla extract into the mixture. Store in a sealed bottle

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 quart orange juice
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, and strawberry flavored gelatin. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide mixture in half, and freeze in 2 separate containers.
  2. When ready to serve, place the frozen contents of one container in a punch bowl, and stir in 1 bottle of lemon-lime soda until slushy.
